Tranzyt ropy rosyjskiej

Zrobią to inni. Rynek nie znosi pustki, a wiekszośc portfeli lubi być wypełniona pieniędzmi.

To....bezpieczeństwo naprawde zaczyna kosztować.....już na początku przyszłego roku możemy zacząć płacić słone rachunki....

Row threatens Gdansk exports
The future of Russian crude exports from the Polish Baltic port of Gdansk could be in jeopardy,as a result of what seems to be a political motivated row.
Negotiations between pipeline operator Pern and trading firm Mercuria on extending a contract covering crude deliveries through the Pomeranian pipeline to Gdansk's Naftoport oil terminal have broken down. The stalemate could force Mercuria – formerly known as J&S Holding – to stop exports of crude through Gdansk from next month, according to sources familiar with Mercuria business. Mercuria is the only firm shipping Urals crude through Naftoport. The terminal is due to handle a total of around 180 000 b'd ( 9 mn t) this year.
" These are not business negotiations, these are irresponsible political bames," says a Naftoport source. Pern's management – the firm's fourth management team since January 2006 – was appointed earlier this year by Poland's previous government, led by the conservative Law and Justice Party (PiS). PiS criticized Mercuria's dominant role in crude supply from Russia to Poland via the Druzhba pipeline.
Some sources suggest that Pern's management is simply trying to embarrass Poland's new government, led by the centrist Civic Platform party. But they point out that the new government is likely to replace the current team at the pipeline operator soon.
Naftoport expects a tanker to take Mercuria crude on 2 January, but the future of exports from the terminal is unclear. " We expect the transit of crude to continue, but we cannot take it for granted", Naftoport says. Both Mercuria and Pern refuse to comment on status of their negotiations.

Pozdrawiam
Krzysztof
